What paperwork do you put in your Royal Mail bags please?
I was advised for Amazon Buy Shipping you put the print off from "Order reports" in the bags and this is the correct process.
Royal Mail have pulled my bags and sampled them, are now trying to charge me again for my LL that I have paid through Amazon Buy Shipping.
Its getting to the stage where I am going to just go to another provider or stop my business altogether because I am just getting fed up with the BS.

Which form do you mean? It should be the one from the end of day menu.
What time of labels are they? If they're RM24/48 or other services that are purchased on account and you have your RM business account linked, Amazon don't charge you for the labels. You get invoiced for them by Royal Mail.

You shouldn't be putting the paperwork in the bag it should be separate. This is so they can scan the barcode on the manifest on collection or drop off. We hand ours over to the postie when they collect and they attach them to the one of the bags (that is what our local delivery office wants). Other sellers I know attach them to the bag and have the barcode visible for scanning.
Did the bags have the correct tags on them so they knew it was your post and related to the manifest you produce. We always put the manifest number on the tag as well as our company details.
What reason did Royal Mail give you for charging again? If it was because your average weight was wrong you need to look at your process. If they are saying the postage was undeclared then you need to appeal and quote the manifest number Amazon provided so they can relate to that your post.
Also did you actually print off a manifest from Amazon as if you didn't this is likely the cause of the issue.

Royal mail tried to charge me but when i provided the end of day reports in response to their email, charges were voided. This happened when i printed orders on fri/saturday and sent on monday.
These overlaping orders caused issue since Royalmail conciders menifest from monday to saturday. Make sure you dispatched orders which printed over the weekend on the same day rather drag them to next week.

For Amazon buy shipping, you can drop your mail off at your local post office. You will not need a manifest because the labels are pre paid and the post office has checked and scanned your parcels.
You only need manifests for RM business accounts where you pay later and RM collections or drop offs at sorting offices.
