Size Chart Missing

Hi dear fellows, ibhave an issue with my all listings size chart is missing in my all listings i have clothing stuff to sale i have updated size chart many times even i hve discussed with amazon chat support but still i am in trouble

I have the same issue - seller support closes all my tickets before resolving this issue

I have begun looking into both of your questions on why your size chart in your images has disappeared and will get back to you as soon as I hear more from the partner team.

I can confirm however if you would like to add the size chart drop down feature to your listing, you do have to be a Brand Representative or Authorized Reseller in Brand Registry per the video on the Size Chart help page (Please refer to the time stamp 2:14 on the video).

I will follow up with the both of you as soon as I hear more news. Thank you for your patience in advance while we look into your concerns.

I just wanted to confirm that size charts will be only available for Brand Representative or Authorized Reseller in Brand Registry per the video on the Size Chart help page (Please refer to the time stamp 2:14 on the video).

I know this is not the news that you were hoping for but at least we were able to have a second pair of eyes review the case. Please let me know if you have any questions about the outcome of the news. Have a good weekend.
