Seller Fullfilled Prime Orders - Refund Issue
somebody sitting in the far East, India, Bangladesh working for 200 USD a month, is not bothered to refund your hard earned money. Looks like their motivation behind all this nonsense is "we make less you make less.
Amazon Customer Service is refunding Seller fulfilled Prime (Delivered) Orders. No Notification of refunds, No A2Z, no message from customer, no return request. Amazon customer service lads are busy refunding orders while sipping tea.
Could you please advise how to find a report or filter out Seller Fulfilled Prime Refunds. Currently all the refunds including FBA and FBM are showing up in one report.
As you all know we dont have anything better to do, now we have to keep track of SFP refunds processed by Amazon CS to waste some more time on filing Safe-T claims another hit - and - miss like A2Z appeals.
