Cloned Listing Same UPC Number Needs New ASIN

We have updated the features of an item. New and Improved.

However, there are still sellers selling the old version without the new features.

I do not want to update the existing ASIN, because the listing will show features not in the old version. The UPC number remains unchanged, just old feature ASIN and new feature ASIN.

How do I do that?

Technically a new version with different features should have a different UPC. That would solve all your problems.

But I know you don't want to lose reviews.

So amazon has a tool where you can link your old version to the new version. So when customers go to the older version page they have an option of checking out & buying your newer version.

Greetings @Seller_CNjGPx1ElfMGP,

I have to agree with @Seller_AXC06kcsKI1qG, it is better to use a new UPC for the new version. This will ensure that your product is still eligible for Manufacturer Barcodes for FBA and ensures the products can easily be distinguished. If you are having any difficulties creating your new ASIN please let me know. Have a great day.
