Hi there, I believe that an seller on a product is leaving me false feedback.

I have started to sell a item from a brand i got ungated from recently. I got many sales from it however some purchases I got i believe are from a seller which fake accounts and are leaving me fake feedback stating my item is counterfeit and service is poor, whilst they never messaged us or even asked us for help for anything therefore how can they even state how the service has been.

I have gotten a few and believe they are doing this to drive me down and my alibility to reach the buy box. Also they have refunded all the items and havent even sent it back.

I just want the feedback removed but it keeps getting deined by amazon, i opened a violation report however I have never gotten any response back for a week, and when asked seller support they stated they cannot access that case and cannot give any update.
