UPS states my shipment of 203 units /6kg Package was delivered, Amazon saying my shipment was 195 UNits short?!?!?!

Can anyone help?!?!? Amazon carrier partner UPS stated my 203 unit/6kg shipment was delivered May 30th....Amazon intitially shows 203 units located of 203 expected but stayed in receiving status for almost 3 weeks( didn't take a screen shot because had no clue that stuff like this happens to this extent)....and on June 20 FBA closes status and shows only 8 received of 203 expected?!?!?! I submit proof of ownership invoices and investigation started....I keep getting this email..

I was told I didn't need to do anything else other than to wait for Amazon to finish their investigation...then all of a sudden Aug 4 I was told i needed to send proof of ownership again so I did but this time I get a response saying it wasn't sufficient and I was missing other documentation? but not told what!?!? Like what?

Anyone have any suggestions as I am losing confidence with Amazon as I know I send full shipment because of the Amazon process to ready shipments, I have to triple check at the very least 1) enter the items 2)select items to include in shipment 3) enter the quantities 4)attach the barcode stickers 5) I do a last quantity count to make sure it matches total units. So I am hard-pressed to believe I am short on any shipment let alone 195 out of 203....there is just no way....I am still relatively new to Amazon...with my first 5 shipments received no problems...but now I have no idea what is happening at their warehouses. One last note the units that seem to somehow always go missing are Michael Jordan and/or premium rookie cards....never like mid-tier cards. I thought I have the proof of ownership/purchase invoices Ill be ok, but apparently not.
