Since 2016, we are selling on Amazon(feedback rate is %97), obey all rules but accused with "selling inauthentic book".

We sold the book that claimed as "inauthentic" on 5 October 2022. (this is the last time of selling this book)

Book was sold as used. We explained this in description but the customer didn't read this. Customer accused us that the book is "inauthentic".

At that time, we explained issue to Amazon and nothing happened.

However, we got deactivation email on October 2024(2 years later) that is related with this book.

We attached invoice from supplier to our appeal. We don’t have invoice that is issued in last 365 days because we didn’t sell this book since 2022. Therefore, we attached invoice that was issued before 2022.

We just forgot to delete the book from inventory. ( inactive status since 2022)

Our only mistake is trusting Amazon so much. We only sell here and didn't open a store on Ebay etc.

Our funds at Amazon isn't too much but it is very annoying to be accused withhout any evidence.
