Best Buy is a retailer, not a distributor.

Ask the brand you are seeking to sell if they will allow it, and they can tell you where to obtain the products.

As a quick rule of thumb, if you don't have to provide your business license to make a purchase, it's not a distributor. But even then, they might not be authorized for the brand you want.
