Somehow over the last few weeks Brand Registry have gone into all our products and changed the brand name. I have asked them why they've done this and could they change it back. Obviously they don't read the questions you sent them so I've had a variety of answers, the last being that I can't change it as the brand name is already owned by someone else. Yes, me. So now the right side "Sold by" is correct but the "Brand" under the main title is incorrect and has the wrong link where they've changed it without our permission.

Is there any way of getting through to these people other than by email? They don't read what I'm sending them and they just then send back a copy and paste answer - I'm not getting anywhere.
