Reimbursments

Im having several issues with Amazon FBA. Im selling higher ticket items and before now never knew that I could of been losing a lot of money through returns. Amazon refunds buyers without returns they also refund the seller soon as the parcel is scanned at the post office or Evri and if the item doesnt come back to Amazon they are supposed to reimburse you.

I have one case open where the buyer said the item was faulty and Amazon lost the return so reimbursed me half of the money. 9 times out of 10 returns are not faulty so Amazon insisting the return was faulty isn't fair.

I also have a high ticket item that they said they will refund if its not returned within 45 days. I waited the time and they transferred the case to the branding team and closed my case and said its with the wrong department twice. I finally got to someone then the said the item was refunded the buyer said the item didn't match site so they did a returnless refund and wont reimburse me. I asked for the policy on this as I should go and buy a 60 inch TV and do the same to someone else then.

Can anyone help?
