Reimbursement Request for Deactivated Account

Dear Amazon Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the reactivation of my Amazon seller account and request for fund reimbursement, which has been deactivated under Section 3 for the past 6 months. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, Amazon has requested additional documentation which I am unable to provide beyond what has already been submitted.

The reason for the deactivation stems from an early mistake in my Amazon journey when I unknowingly purchased a small quantity (60 pieces) of an item from a wholesale supplier that Amazon suspected of selling counterfeit products. Since then, I have diligently vetted all suppliers to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.

I have made several attempts to rectify the situation through a detailed Plan of Action, but unfortunately, Amazon has not accepted it. I am eager to provide any additional documents or information necessary for reinstatement of my account.

Additionally, due to the financial challenges I am currently facing, I kindly request reimbursement of any funds held in my Amazon account since its deactivation 6 months ago. This would greatly alleviate my current situation.

Amazon rarely forgives certain "mistakes" This is an unresolved IP violation. Unless you have brand approved, wholesale distributor invoices, FBA products will be destroyed and funds confiscated. Your only option left is mediation. The cost is about 3-20K

I recommend the following emails based on your situation.

disbursement-appeals@amazon.com

merchant-credit-transfer@amazon.com -for disbursement after 90 days if account suspended.

I would also say that the reason for your suspension may block your payout permanently. Your remaining pathway may be Arbitration as defined in the ABSA(seller terms of service).
