Drop Shipping Complaint
Has anyone here received a drop shipping complaint
Got one last Sunday. In no way, shape, or form am I drop shipping. Submitted a bunch of evidence (Invoices, Letter of Authorization, Order agreements, Sales rep emails, Warehouse Pictures, Unloading inventory from truckloads pictures, UPS, FedEx, and USPS drop-off pictures and receipts, shipping label receipts for shipping bought off Amazon, BOL documents, my USPS business contact, and UPS/FedEx Driver's info, the tracking numbers showing the origination of customer shipments come from our address, Freight receipts, Inventory charges on the credit card, the Uline charges for boxes and tape on my credit card, my plan of action, what could've went wrong, and a whole lot more.)
After a few of these emails, they keep asking for more information.
Just curious if anyone else has had this experience and how it went for them.
Thanks

From your post, I understand that you are facing issue with a drop shipping complaint and has been submitting documents to address it. Let's try to analyze the documents that you have submitted and hopefully, we would be able to identity the root cause of this problem.
It is good that you have provided these information as it would proved that drop shipping is not your business model. However, for drop shipping policy (here), you will also need to ensure that you must identified yourself as the seller of your products. These are some question that you might want to consider:
- Have you identified yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips, invoices, external packaging, and other information included or provided in connection with them?
- How about the internal package/ items, were there any information might suggest that you are not the seller?
- Did you request your supplier to remove any packing slips, invoices, external packaging, or other information identifying a third-party drop shipper prior to shipping the order?
As mentioned that you have submit a plan of action, would you be able to share your appeal with us so we can provide more guidance for the additional information we will need from you? We can go over the appeal you have sent and advise what information you could improve that was not sufficient on your plan of action.
We look forward to hearing from you. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Regards,
Mindy
