Baby Products Compliance Documents Under Review

I opened my Amazon store and went through the Brand Registry of my product, my own private label for baby/toddler products. My products are made in the USA and were tested in an accredited USA lab. Amazon requested for me to upload compliance documents, which I did. It has been over a month for most of my lisitings, and they are still under review. I uploaded all the requested documents, and I know there are no issues with them, especially that they are US-made and US-tested. Most of my listings show "Action Required" from Amazon, because they are past due for the review, and yet no one is reviewing my documents. Amazon seller support doesn't help. I have spent many hours combined on the phone with zero result. First I speak to a customer service re who put me on hold many times and then transfers me to an "internal team". The same happens then - many holds, and then some assurance that they created a case to escalate this situation. Still nothing. My living room is full of product ready to be shipped to Amazon fulfilment, and I can't do anyhting because my compliance documents remain under review even beyond the due date set by Amazon. What can I do?

Nothing but wait it out.

There are countless threads on this subject lately. You can't speed up the review process and Seller Support can't help you.

Apparently the Compliance Team is overwhelmed with submissions. The only thing a CM can tell you (if one happens by) is that it's still under review. They can't expedite the process for you.

Our last review took 2 months. You're just in a very long line like everyone else.

Whatever you do, don't continue to open new cases. Doing so seems to push you to the back of the line.

I'm sorry for the difficulties with the compliance review processes. It can in some instances take an extended review time as it's based on the number of ASINs currently needing review. However if it has been over 10 days and you haven't had any updates please provide your Case ID here and I can see what options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.
