How do I upload Appeal into the system?
I'm sorry to open a topic for a simple question, but I couldn't find the solution and I want your help.
My Amazon account health was deactivated because it dropped to 0, and in the e-mail I received, it was said that my appeal could be uploaded from the Next steps column of the Product Policy Compliance page, but when I entered there, it asked me for documents that I could not correct the account health because I did not have them in the first place (invoice, trademarkt id, etc.).
How can I upload my appeal to the system?

You need to upload the documents that Amazon is looking for (invoice, trademarkt id, etc.)
These documents were required before opening your offer on those listings.

To reactivate your account, you need to upload the information that Amazon is requesting in your performance notification.

You have to provide the information they asked of you that they were looking for on the performance notification they sent you. If you had that information, you can send in an appeal to show that you were compliant.
