Is Post-Purchase messaging allowed?
Hi all, I sell Blood Glucose Monitor, and I'm looking to improve customer retention so that I get repeat buyers of my Glucose Monitor test strips. Can I send a sequence of post-purchase messages, including a tutorial on how to use the monitor, a quick check-in after 7 days to see if they need any help, and a gentle reminder for reorders if strip have runout or Subscribe and Save later? Is this within Amazon's guidelines?

I think this would be too many messages to send a customer post order. Possibly one message would be acceptable but a string of messages would be too much
You wiill also find it is often impossible to contact some customers post order.
With the strips I would look at potentially putting a QR code on the monitor itself which directs customers to the correct Amazon page for buying the strips. You may need to think what would happen if the Amazon page link changed.
If you can't put a QR code on the product put a leaflet in with the product directing the customer to the correct Amazon page.

In short no.
You can review here communication guidelines but it includes that you cannot send 'Marketing or promotional messaging, including vouchers' which a reminder to buy something else would most certainly be.
I'd say that a tutorial should be included in the product itself (either printed or via a QR code on the packaging) and you could also include a link there to remind people to order more strips (provided its a link to the Amazon ASIN).
