click the handmade products link?

Hello this is Swishyfish,

I posted this a while ago, but I thought I'd try again.

From my storefront page there is a blue link for customers to click to see 'all my handmade products'. This is obviously very useful to sellers that wish to have a way for there customers to keep up with there items. When I click on that link, however, I am not taken to a list of my items. I am taken to a page of other items that belong to other sellers. It seems to me that most of the items I am seeing when I click on my 'blue link' are not even handmade. I have contacted seller help, but didn't get any that seems to help me. Does anyone have any experience with this themselves? Any advice?

Thank-you, Swishyfish

Hello @Seller_opC3mc7rEdRXf,

Daryl here once again jumping in to further assist.

Based on the information you provided, it seems that the link is not displaying your handmade products as expected. This could be due to a technical issue or a configuration problem with your storefront settings.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Double-check your storefront settings: Ensure that your handmade products are correctly categorized and listed under the "Handmade" category in your inventory. You can find guidance on setting up your Handmade storefront in the Seller Central Help pages:Amazon Handmade: List your products
  2. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can cause issues with displaying the correct information. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then revisit your storefront to see if the issue persists.
  3. Contact Seller Support: If you've already contacted Seller Support and didn't receive a satisfactory resolution, you can try reaching out to them again. Provide detailed information about the issue, including screenshots or videos demonstrating the problem. Escalate the case if necessary, as this appears to be a technical issue that may require further investigation from their end.
  4. Check for any known issues or updates: Visit the Seller Central Help pages (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/) and search for any known issues or updates related to Handmade storefront functionality. Amazon regularly updates these pages with information about ongoing issues and their resolutions.

If you continue to experience problems after trying these steps, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Seller Support team again or post an update in this forum. The community and moderators are here to assist you in resolving this issue and ensuring that your handmade products are correctly displayed and accessible to customers.
