Funds held while account under review

Case ID 15704872581

Recently, my account has been placed on review, and all funds have been placed on hold. This situation is threatening the survival of my business. I am not a brand new seller and I have never encountered an issue like this before. To resolve this issue, I have taken the following steps:

Exclusively use FBA shipping and have confirmed that there are no problems with shipping.

Confirmed there are no A-Z Claims, Account Health issues, Performance Notifications or other communication regarding this review process. Account health support confirmed that my account is in good standing.

Contacted Amazon Seller Support multiple times to seek specific solutions.

Requested escalation with support due to the unresolved issue, the case was transferred to the Payments team but no communication has happened from their end so far.

Despite these efforts, the reserve has not been lifted, and my funds remain on hold. This situation is significantly impacting my business, and I am very frustrated.

I am hoping there is a possibility to get more insight on why this is happening in the first place to mitigate it for the future as well as have the case escalated.
