Amazon blocked my account and not replying to my messages!

Dear Sellers,
I wonder if you can help me in my situation.
I have started traiding on Amazon back in the begining of 2017. I started selling as a sole trader, but at some point I got agreement with some brand to be able resell their product. So at some point (around August- September 2017) my turnover increased. I got contacted by Amazon to complete the account verification and migrate account to LTD company(that took place around end of September 2017). At that time my account and the funds from the stock sold (few thousand pounds from the borrowed stock! :frowning: ) had been locked. I had offered Amazon with all information required. Then I was requested to offer a bank statement so it should match the name of the account holder. I got bank statement and Amazon didn’t like it, they requested to get the confirmation from the bank that I held an account with that bank. After many atempts I finally got what they needed. After my reply it was taking at least 4-5 days for the Amazon to come back with the next requirement. Finally by the mid November I got a notification that I didn’t pass the verification and my account was permanently locked with the funds only avalable after 3 months. All my attempts to get more information why did that happen led to a reply that Amazon holds right not to accept the verification. I had tried to get more information when my funds will be released and I got an answer that I should contact them after 13th of Febryary 2018. Last message I received from them was around 15th of January:

Hello,

Thank you for writing to us. Due to the status of your account your funds are reserved until we are sure all items have shipped and no A-z Guarantee claims are received against your account. Your account will be evaluated 90 days after the date of your account closure, which was 15/11/2017.

For enquiries regarding why your account was blocked, please contact seller-performance@amazon.co.uk.

“7. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause B.6.4, if we reasonably conclude, based on information available to us, that seller’s actions and/or performance in connection with the Service may result in disputes, chargebacks or other claims, then we may in our sole and absolute discretion delay initiating any remittances and withhold any payments to be made or that are otherwise due to seller in connection with the Service or this Agreement for the shorter of: (a) a period of 90 days following the initial date of suspension; or (b) completion of any investigation(s) regarding any seller actions and/or performance in connection with this Agreement.”

Regards,

On 14th of February contacted Amazon through the same email I used to communicate with them asking to review my account and release funds as promised. I got no reply from them. Then after few days I tried to send another email and opened a case through Seller Central and again with no reply from them. Since then I have sent around 8 emails to all known Amazon Emails ( payments-investigate [at] amazon dot co dot uk , seller-performance [at] amazon dot co dot uk, seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk ) , opened 2 cases and got plenty of confirmation emails confirming they received my emails.

Should I be worried about my funds?

can anyone advice any other way to contact Amazon? Maybe write them an official letter? Do they have any complaints department I could contact?
This situation absolutely drives me crazy as I borrowed stock, and had to take a loan to pay for it from my own money!

Any help or advice highly appreciated!
