Listing all of a sudden removed....Zilch.. Any ideas
Hello all,
Account is brand registered - This particular ASIN has been available for the past 3 years, no issues whatsoever, account is in good health, no performance issues. This ASIN a couple of weeks ago ran out of stock and inventory was sent in to replenish and all of a sudden became stranded. This ASIN is a bundle made up of a variety of items. Reason for being stranded is stated as "Qualification required" and asks that we request approval to ungate and resell the product. However, there is no way to ask for approval as it does not let you. When a case was raised with Seller support we got this response(note, this is a listing solely created by our brand with a 4.5 review rating with almost 300 reviews and has been selling for a couple of years now!)
Response from Amazon
To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, certain products cannot be listed or sold on Amazon or may be subject to additional requirements because of supply chain authenticity risks.
Your account does not currently meet the criteria required to list these products due to account metrics, distribution pathways of the brand, or other factors.
If your account becomes eligible to sell this product, you will see "Apply to sell" next to the product in the "Add products" feature in Seller Central.
We have the right documentation to sell the products as we engage directly with the manufacturer, no warning, no notice, nothing. We currently have hundreds of items currently inbound and stranded. This is plain wicked!!!
Please advise how do you think we should proceed with this?
Thanks,
Claire
