Automated receipt generation for sellers exempt from VAT registration

Hello. Even though I'm a UK resident and VAT exempt, I can't activate AutoInvoice. I Received an Email Saying I Can No Longer Participate in Automatic Billing Because I Do Not Meet the Requirements.

I read the forums. And I Saw Many Sellers Having The Same Problem. This Seems Like A Systemic Problem. I hope there is a solution to this.

This does appear to be an Amazon systems issue. I know two new sellers experiencing the same thing, both since the 1st August VAT changes where Amazon started charging VAT on fees to VAT exempt sellers.

This change has clearly had an impact on the functionality of activating automatic receipt generation but at the moment seller support are sticking to templated replies.

I'll tag some forum modes in the hope someone can look into this as it will be an issue for all new sellers in the UK:
