Account deactivated due to Inactivity
My Account was deactivated due to inactivity. It has been over 9 days now. I have submitted the required documents, however, nothing has changed. I opened several cases at seller support to see what is going on. I have received emails stating my account was verified. However, the status remained the same. When I replied back to the case stating what happened, the next day, I received another email stating that it wasnt verified in the very same came. When I click the the reactivate button, It wont let me add documents or anything, as it states that my account is still being verified. In the mornings I see a blue icon stating that the verification will take between 24 hours to 10 business to verify, however, after a couple hours, I see a red icon stating "something went wrong, try again later". I did not violate any polices. I do not understand why this is taking so much time. I think it is a system issue/ glitch in the system. However, nobody so far has helped me solve this problem.
I have done everything I can possibly do. I have waited, opened cases to solve this problem. I have no other options to move forward with the reactivation.
