Hi @Seller_0iqfvk4x3Btmb,

I’ve contacted the seller verification team on your behalf.

They mentioned that a driving license can’t be accepted as proof of address at this time. Also, they mentioned that you'll need to make sure all in-scope beneficial owners are added in your Seller Central account.

That means anyone who owns more than 25% of the business or is involved in running it day-to-day (like a director or CEO) needs to be listed. You can do that by clicking here.

  1. Click “+ Add beneficial owner” at the bottom
  2. Fill out the info and save
  3. Once everyone is added, hit “Submit for verification”

As for acceptable proof of address, here’s what they can take:

  • Utility bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
  • Council tax bill
  • Bank or credit card statement
  • Mortgage statement
  • Rent receipt or benefits agency letter

Just make sure the document:

  • Is dated within the last 180 days
  • Shows your full name and residential address
  • Includes the provider’s logo
  • Isn’t a screenshot
  • Is in a supported language (or has a certified translation)

Once you’ve uploaded everything correctly, they’ll be able to move forward with your verification.

Thanks, Ezra
