Hi @Seller_0iqfvk4x3Btmb,
I’ve contacted the seller verification team on your behalf.
They mentioned that a driving license can’t be accepted as proof of address at this time. Also, they mentioned that you'll need to make sure all in-scope beneficial owners are added in your Seller Central account.
That means anyone who owns more than 25% of the business or is involved in running it day-to-day (like a director or CEO) needs to be listed. You can do that by clicking here.
- Click “+ Add beneficial owner” at the bottom
- Fill out the info and save
- Once everyone is added, hit “Submit for verification”
As for acceptable proof of address, here’s what they can take:
- Utility bills (electricity, water, internet, etc.)
- Council tax bill
- Bank or credit card statement
- Mortgage statement
- Rent receipt or benefits agency letter
Just make sure the document:
- Is dated within the last 180 days
- Shows your full name and residential address
- Includes the provider’s logo
- Isn’t a screenshot
- Is in a supported language (or has a certified translation)
Once you’ve uploaded everything correctly, they’ll be able to move forward with your verification.
Thanks, Ezra
