Completely unable to make support cases
I have tried now at least a couple of dozen times to make a support case with different browsers and computers. Every single one leads to the web page crashing and I have not been able to open a single support case since this started about a month ago. This is clearly account related, considering it happens on entirely different devices.

Just an idea for you, download the app to your phone and see if you can contact seller support via that. I can via mine.
