Returned item with no box and inadequeate packing causing damage

Hi - whats the process for when an item is returned by the buyer (a Breadmaker) not due to a fault but the customer has returned it without the original box (wrapped in 2 x bags for life!) and now the item has been damaged in transit via Hermes. Can’t see a way to report the buyer or deny the refund.

If it is one of the recent Return Requests that has been opened - we are now seeing the ability to grade the returns received and deduct a percentage. You need to navigate to the Return Request and click on ‘Apply refund reduction’

You can then select as appropriate as to the damage and then apply a refund reduction (up to 100% now!). You do need to upload photos of the damaged item. If you aren’t seeing these options - I’m not sure what the process would be - sorry.

Not seeing this option either, still showing the old return system.
