I have apply with every proper information ask by amazon team for brand approval that also they decline, I have double check with suppliers and with AI compare tools and the result is 100% match but amazon is not giving me approval can anyone help me to figure it out

What brands are you trying to get approval for ? Some brands do not allow their goods to be sold on Amazon.

What reason did Amazon give? Are your invoices from a distributor/wholesaler? If they are retail invoices these are not always accepted.
If you are a new seller then you sometimes have to build up a sales history before you can sell certain brands.
