Brand is registered but winning contributor is denied
"Upon review, I found that the attribute you would like to update for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand. While we are unable to make updates per your request, we recommend that you reach out to the account of the winning contributor in order to agree on the changes."
We are the owner of this brand and the only seller on Amazon. The person who created the listing is no longer associated with this brand ASIN. We are authorized to set this brand permissions in the Brand Registry. We have new contents, including title, BP, description, images, etc., but we are unable to update the properties due to the above error.
We've tried:
Editing the listing, updating via bulk file update, bulk file update 24 hours after deleting the ASIN, updating via Seller Support, Brand Registry Support.
Amazon claims they can't update these values, so we don't know how to win contributor rights. How can we be winning contributor if we own the brand?

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! I've just taken a look at the ASIN you mentioned in your case and it appears that there is an experiment running on this ASIN! I'm not sure if you or another Admin set this up but that's what I'm seeing from my end.
