2 months trying to register brand.
I have been trying to register my brand for two months. I had first submitted my brand application and seems like it was auto rejected so I created a case for appeal. The appeal was waiting for Amazon's response for over a month. I noticed I made an error on my business info so I closed the case and started a new application.
I created a new brand registry application and didn't submit adequate proof of branding on my products. So I filed another appeal and uploaded more pictures of my branded products. It has now been almost 3 weeks since submission and I fear the status will stay on awaiting Amazon's response like the last one.
Is there anyway to expedite this process, I would like to start listing my products.

My name is Dougal and I am happy to assist where I can with your brand registry enrollment issues.
I am seeing 2 rejection reasons when I review the case you provided. The first is verification of the registered business name and business identifier. You can read this by click on the red underlined "Rejected," application on your Brand Application Dashboard. Then I see the response you received on 5/7 in response to your appeal and that one lists the 6 potential reasons for rejection.
Unfortunately, the exact reason is not shared as per Brand Registry policy so this situation might be a little trial and error to get to a resolution.
I am going to focus on the verification reasoning first, since that was the initial rejection. Can you add to the current appeal case any documentation that connects the registered business name and business identifier? I have had luck escalating these types of rejections with EIN documentation, provided that it aligns with the current owner info on USPTO.
Once you are able to add this additional information to the current appeal case, I can escalate internally to have it reviewed.
Please let me know here once the info is added and I will take it from there.
