Does anyone know how to add documents to listings with a flat file?

Does anyone know how to add documents to listings with a flat file? I have tried following the instructions on Amazon, but I do not have the mentioned attributes in the template file. Additionally, I do not see the attribute when I try to "edit" the listing from the manage inventory section of the site.

I am trying to add a Compatibility Guide for around 2,000 ASINs.

Product type = bearingsandbushes

Item Type Keyword = ball-bearings

Browse Tree Guide = Industrial & Scientific/Power Transmission Products/Bearings, Balls & Bushings/Ball Bearings

Below excerpt from Seller Central Help.

"7. Depending on the template that you’ve downloaded, locate either the Safety & compliance or Compliance section of the sheet, which is highlighted in purple. You can press “Ctrl” and “F” on your keyboard to open a find box that will let you search for this text.

8. Scroll to the last column in the section to find the columns for product document uploads. Depending on the type of template that you've chosen, the columns might be hidden by default. Click the + sign in the Excel header (below the formula bar) to unhide the columns. There is one column for each document type.

9. Enter the document link in the columns for the document types that you want to upload. This is the URL where your product document is stored. You must ensure the documents that you are providing are in the language specified in the column header. These columns are repeated 17 times, to allow you to upload up to 17 documents per SKU."
