Canadian wanting to sell in Australia.
I live in Canada and sell on Amazon.ca
I want to sell my product in Australia because they don’t really have what I’m offering.
Does Amazon have shipping relief with UPS to Australia like when I ship my boxes to fulfillment centers here?
Also how do I get paid when I do sell items?

Following on your post. As this marketplace is located on another region, you'll first need to create a seller account on Amazon Australia (amazon.com.au) and obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN). This process is relatively straightforward and can be completed online.
For shipping your products, you have two main options. You can either handle shipping yourself through Amazon's Merchant Fulfilled Network, sending products directly from Canada to Australian customers, or use Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) by sending your inventory to Amazon's Australian warehouses. While FBA requires more upfront investment, it can simplify operations and provide faster delivery to Australian customers.

Amazon does not have subsidized shipping to other countries (any UPS deals are for shipments inside same country).
For payment you can either set up an Australian bank account or have amazon convert the payment and deposit it to your Canadian bank account.
