UPS collection not working
Is anyone else finding the UPS collection service unavailable when you enter the tracking details? It's been happening for about a week for me now.

Yeh not been able to book in all week. Luckily our UPS guy checks in daily just in case.

Swap the first 8 in the telephone number for a 3. You can get through on that. I can't post the full number.

I had this problem as well - but I spoke to a tech expert at UPS who told me it's a problem they know about, specifically with Amazon sellers.
The fix they told me was ' don't log in to your UPS account, schedule a pick up as a guest user'
and it works for me - just have to fill in your pick up address every time
