FBA Returns- Return not expected
How do you guys go about FBA returns where the item is not expected to be returned ? I get a lot of refunds, and recently Amazon disbursed a refund to a customer for a £90 item, one which they are not expected to return ?
Do we just take such big hits on the chin ?

This is outrageous, i have had 6 this month , where Amazon have decided that they dont have to return my items, i have my settings set , that all FBA items need to be returned, , i have also notice a trend were customers place an order , and once its shipped they cancel the order. Amazon refund them, you wait 45 days , only to be told that they are not expecting the item back .
