PROOF OF DELIVERY is not important for the Amazon

I have uploaded the "proof of delivery" from the UPS page in two times. Why the Amazon still insist of their original decision? Their negative decision for Order Defect Rate have just affected my acccount and i have lost all my featured offers. If i will continue to not sell in these important days of e-commerce, i will apply to the other ways because I have the proof and the customer has nothing and the Amazon is near the customer. I have been waiting the November for 1 years and my featured offers were gone because of nothing. Thank you Amazon
