My products are not visible to customers on Amazon app

I have some listings (shoes) that are shown as active on my SC, and my inventory is greater than zero. If I go to amazon.com as a customer and I'm using a laptop I'm able to see my listings and I can add the products in to the cart , but when I use Amazon app through a mobile phone I ONLY see the buy box for another seller and the page doesn't show at all "See All Buying Options " where my products are listed.

If the customers don't see my listings using their phones they can't buy. I'm losing a lot of sales since over 75% of the customers make purchases through their phones.
