Dr. Seuss books

Hello, I would like to know if we are allowed to sell Dr. Seuss books. Especially the 6 titles that were discontinued by the Dr. Seuss foundation. I see some sellers listing them, and I don't see any restrictions when trying to list them. Does anyone on the forums know for sure?

The answer may not be the same for every seller.

The only way to find out is to try to list it. There are both real restrictions and rogue-bot restrictions.

There have been quite a few discussions about this over the years.

Just do a forum search for "Seuss" - choose "Recommended" - then "All Time."

They should all come up.

I do not think there are specific restrictions. That being said, the resale value of Dr. Suess books is legendarily exaggerated.

Thanks for reaching out. As others have stated, as long as you have the ability to add to the items to your account, you can list them. If it tells you that you need to get approval, then you can submit any information they are requesting from you and they will review your request.
