Product Compliance Team is Not Responding to our Uploaded Certification Documents
This is in regard to CASE ID 15977887501.
On September 8, our Company uploaded the required compliance documents for our ASIN B0DDVFKCTJ (HONEY FACE CLEANSER) after it was deactivated by Amazon, requesting compliance docs.
It has now been over 2 weeks and no one from the Product Compliance Team has responded. My company has inventory that has been ready to ship for the past 2 weeks, but we can't because the Amazon Product Compliance Team hasn't responded.
We've called in 3 times, and the customer service rep said that they can't do anything because it is out of their jurisdiction.
We have uploaded compliance documentation in the past for our company's 20 products without issue. Is there some back-up with the Product Compliance Team? Does the team need additional staffing? Is there anything we can do to help the team?
Can an Amazon associate help us elevate this issue so we can get our product activated this week?
