Sending bulk hipments to customers via MCD (AWD)
Hello,
We are just starting to store cases/boxes in AWD. Is there any reason not to use MCD to ship entire cases directly to customers for bulk orders? Would it be possible to list an entire case on Amazon with MFN and then ship it from AWD?

AWD takes too much time to deliver Out of Amazon orders. So, never ever think of fulfilling bulk orders from AWD.
Yes, it is possible to list entire case on Amazon. But you would not be able to deliver it on time if you use AWD.

To the point above, as mentioned on the MCD help page:
How long does it take for inventory to replenish from the AWD storage facility to my destination?
The replenishments take an average of 14 days to move from an AWD distribution center to a destination.
Regardless of viability, I agree that that would be an important consideration and not necessarily the design of the program.

Hi @Seller_FVU3VOIA2aJsA,
Just to add on here:
MCD is primarily designed for B2B purposes and does not handle item-level preparation or labeling within cartons for end customers. MCD delivers shipments to destinations in cartons only, and the custom labels provided to sellers are applied at the carton or pallet level, not on individual items.
However, if a customer doesn't require item-level preparation, you can use MCD to fulfill bulk orders. It's important to note that the minimum order quantity for MCD is one carton. Currently, MCD only delivers to commercial addresses, not residential addresses.
