I need help. I am a new seller, and my shipment is ready to come to the UK. My shipping agent asked for an IEN number. I am curious whether I need it and how to get it, even though I have provided him with the EORI number.

if you are a uk based seller you do not need an IEN number but you would do if you're a non uk seller trying to sell in the uk
