Responsible Person requirement for CE-marked products Issue (Northern Ireland)

Hi all

Am recently new to Amazon FBA I sent in some products all was good until I receive this email

I am from Northern Ireland but I only sell to the UK marketplace am going round and round in circles with support trying to fix this issue of why my products have been removed and how to solve the issue

Am not a brand owner I just simply buy products to resell

Anyone had this problem? or can anyone help me to solve this issue? would be much appreciate

That looks like its al come from Amazon france, if you don’t sell there I would double check that your account is not still linked and remove all products from there.

In the meantime I would try to sort this out as it could have an effect on your UK account (that you ignored safety requests)

If you buying products to sell then presumably they have a CE mark on them (if required), I’ll admit to not having to do this before, but if It was me I’d be going to to the link and sending them photos of the CE mark and the address on the packaging

Once you get your listings reinstated then your black mark will be removed on your account and you can make sure all listings are closed so it doesn’t happen again.

If you go to Inventory > Sell Globally it will show you (bottom right) all your listings in all the different markets, if you only sell in the UK the the UK site should be the only one with active listings.

Since you mentioned you were new to FBA I would check your FBA settings (Settings (the cogwheel) > Fulfilment by Amazon) and make sure list your products across europe is turned off, and you are not enrolled in EFN or Pan European FBA
