Authenticity Baseless Complaint - Support Useless Again
We got a couple of authenticity complaints for 3 perfumes which are baseless ( the customer did not like the smell :) ).
Provided everything for the case including invoice from supplier, invoice from the supplier's supplier, customs payments, delivery proof, anything they askes.
2 of the products with the issue are on the same invoice. On one the invoice got accepted, on the other one no.
Obviously, this really breaks my brains as I put a lot of energy and effort, and the support is zero. Nobody seems to understand or try to understand. I had 4000 orders in the past months and now this kind of issues are really affecting the account and there is nothing that support is actually doing. How can I resolve this?
