Virtual Identity Verification

My account was disabled with an email from Amazon. And they stated that they wanted to verify virtual identity and that a video call would be made for this. I followed all the instructions in the e-mail correctly. I did not receive a call on the date I set an appointment. The incoming e-mail and other information are as follows.
"How do I reactivate my account?" in the email you sent on September 5, 2023.
"You must complete the virtual identity verification process via video call. To reserve a time slot for the interview, please fill out the form here ," it said. I filled out the survey as you directed. We were supposed to have a video meeting at 11.30 today, but no one called me. Additionally, the email states, "After receiving your response to this form, we will send you a meeting invitation 48 hours before the meeting at one of your preferred times." it said. I did not receive any meeting invitations. What else do I need to do to reactivate my account? Very happy if you help. Thanks.

Thank you for posting about your account verification concerns.
As you've mentioned, you were asked to schedule an complete an in-person video call to finalize the verification process. When you selected your dates, what three dates did you select?
If you still have scheduled dates that have not yet passed, you will need to continue waiting until the last scheduled date, as these dates are not guaranteed, one of the 3 dates will be selected at which time you will be notified prior to the video call.
If you have exceeded the originally scheduled dates, please follow up with your originally scheduled dates so that we can ensure that the issue is being reviewed properly.
While you are continuing to wait for the video call, I would recommend checking out our seller university video on how to prepare for a video verification call. This will help ensure the process remains smooth beyond this point by making sure you have the appropriate documentation and information.

As it has been some time, I wanted to follow up and see if you had received your invite to the verification? Otherwise has there been any additional communication on the requirements?
Depending on the specific reason for the verification call, we may request some additional information prior to the call, which could cause delays with the scheduled dates.
I would ask that if you've received any new requests for information to provide your notification here for more guidance on next steps, otherwise I would need all 3 scheduled dates you selected, or dates it was rescheduled for, this would allow me to look more into this as I have very limited information on your account.
