Option Missing for Shipping Templates on Manage Inventory Page
Hello sellers,
We have had several contacts around not being able to update the Shipping Settings from the Manage All Inventory page.
If you are experiencing this issue as well, for a temporary fix:
- Go to your Preferences in the Manage Inventory page.
- Take a screenshot or take note of the preferences that you have set currently.
- Click on Rest to Default.
- Once you complete this, verify that your shipping settings are showing in the Manage Inventory page.
- Finally, change your preferences back to what you previously had set.


Note: the team is working to get this corrected for all sellers, however, please let me know if this does not correct this for you after taking these steps.
