Wrongly delivered RM48 tracked parcel, same street but not right building
A buyer has contacted me about a book parcel shown as delivered yesterday, but he says his building does not have a parcel reception area, which is what appears as proof of delivery on the RM tracking - the map image shows the location of delivery as being a couple of hundred yards up the road from the correct building - the buyer has opened an AZ but has also asked if I can sort this for him - the two things do not seem to sit well together. Am I right in thinking that if I organise for this to be redelivered correctly I am likely to say goodbye to the book and my payment - is it best to get RM to return to sender and get him to re-order it when I have it back?

unfortunately now the A-Z has been opened, you would need to fight that and you would lose if the evidence shows delivery to the wrong address.
And you are right the buyer could well get the book after the a-z refund.
I would say you can get the book redelivered (if is is actually possible) but you would kindly ask that they close the a-z.

Get RM CS to contact the delivery office, they should send the postie back to reclaim it and re-deliver it.
