Auto-authorization of returns - Returns Window
Hi
For a seller fulfilled order, we have an auto-authorized return, which afaik, we can’t disable?
In this case, however, it is 32 days since buyer ordered. We do not wish to accept returns over 30 days.
Can we set a returns window of 30 days somewhere?
I have gone to Return Settings but can’t see it anywhere

That would be because Amazon decide it for you.
There are times of the year, when the return window is extended, such as just after Christmas.
So to put it simply, you have to accept it.

its based on 30 days past the last estimated delivery date, not the order date.
