Overwrite product data in bulk

Hi all,

Our company produces touch-up paints and wants to start selling on Amazon. We are the brand owner and have registered our products with GS1 (EAN-13). Our products are not sold by anyone else on Amazon.

Previously, we used a third-party app to export product data from our Shopify store to Amazon. However, because of the app's inconsistent data quality we were not satisfied with the listings and decided to delete all listings and start over fresh with a manual upload through the Amazon Excel file. There was more than 48 hours between deleting of listings and new upload.

This has worked well, except that Amazon of course recognised the new listings based on the EAN-13 and wants to use the existing (bad) product data for these listings.

I found a way to request changes to the product data on a one-by-one way, we're talking about approx. 500 products.

Is there a way to export/import or overwrite in bulk the bad/old product data with the new data?

The data affected is:

- Product title

- Manufacturer part number

- Color

Here is an example:

Thank you for your feedback.
