Is it acceptable to leave feedback to negative reviews....

When a customer leaves a negative review and opts out of communication, leaving you no way to reply or make amends, is it acceptable to use, say, A+ content for the product to publicly respond to these reviews?

I find it frustrating that customers don't read the instructions, make mistakes, and then leave negative feedback with no option to address or question the issue.

Thanks

Hello @Seller_2PJJEd2rbDKIb,

This is Sakura from Amazon.

Did you already think about some specific content? Would it be part of the FAQ or maybe some video instruction?

It would be helpful for us if you provided some examples of the information that you want to add.

Regards,

Sakura
