Customer Left False Negative Feedback and Failed to Respond to us

Customer ordered a pack of Large boxers on November 16. As a sanitary product, our boxers are factory sealed and the content is verified to confirm it matches the information on the box.
The customer left us a negative feedback today after a month and half, indicating that they received the wrong size boxers with the correct label on the box. We have responded to the feedback and directly messaged the customer twice, however they have not responded to us to clarify the issue. The customer refers to an interaction with us, where we told her "He just informed me the box said large, but inside all the underwear were Medium sized" but they never contacted us.
We believe that the customer is either referring to the wrong order, or they are not happy with the fit of the product in general, which is a product review and not seller feedback.
Hoping one of the MODs can remove the feedback as the customer has failed to respond to us to clarify their complaint.
