Can't list my own products

Hello.

We are trying to list our own products. Many are updated versions of older products. However, my team and I keep getting the error that we must apply to be authorized by the brand. We are the brand and have a number of our own listings already published. Why can't we add new products to our account? No one on our account can add products, we all get the same error message.

Does that mean that you take an existing ASIN of your brand and try to change the title? If yes, that's not possible.

Take a new UPC from GS1 attributed to you exactly as in your "Legal Entity" and you will be able to list (if it's not some restricted product like supplements, pet supplies, drugs, weapons...)

You are brand registered? Definitely contact them because it sounds like your seller account is disconnected from your brand registry account. When you go to add a product it should give you a drop-down box of your brand(s) that are registered under Brand Name.

If you are trying to add a product using GS1 and it is showing the item is already there, then there is a mismatch between the brand currently on the listing and your brand. (I had this happen earlier today. Our brand & GS1, but blocked as a generic listing)

Also, make sure you are logged in under your admin account sometimes if you are using a user account it can cause weird glitches since they keep adding more things to authorized user permissions. If you are using a user account you might have to go in and update permissions again.

Hi there @Seller_M3DzrXyUVkqOk,

I'm sorry you are having problems listing your products. If you are still having issues can you please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case so I can review and see what options I can offer? Thank you for your understanding.
