0 Disbursements since account started 2-3 years

Looking for help with disbursements. We have had 0 disbursements since selling on Amazon. Have put in several request. All saying they would be transferred to an external team. All have been transferred with no return emails, calls, chats, or anything. Tried to close the account and it would not even let us do that even after waiting the 90 days for all prior sales to be completed and past time for return.
