My account has been suspended today.

We removed your listings from our site. Funds in your account will be available after any A-to-z claims or chargebacks are deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated. When your account gets suspended due to being related to another seller account which may not be used to sell on the site, it means that Amazon detected that it shares some information with another storefront, which is currently suspended.
Have you or none of your close family members ever had any previous account which was suspended? Also, did you ever use any of the following details which could have belonged (or previously belonged) to someone else (even as a buyer)?
E-mail address, phone number, bank account, credit card, inventory…
In order to appeal a suspension like this, you will firstly need to find the exact cause of the link.
Whatever you decide to do, don’t open a new Seller Account to circumvent the suspension, otherwise you will kill your last chance of being able to get reinstated.
Once you find the link, you will need to appeal with a Plan of Action addressing the following points:
– Why your account is related to multiple fraudulent and blocked accounts
– Why your account should be reinstated
– How you intend to avoid relationships with risky sellers moving forward
– A request for re-review of your account and why it should be accepted

Which sounds suspiciously like other family members DO have their own accounts and trade from the same address as you?
Are you sure that none of these accounts is suspended? or that the other family members have never had a previous account that is suspended?
Amazon have found a link for sure,and you need to work out what that link is before you try and appeal.

Our account has also been deactivated, given no reason for it at all. Still waiting to hear from someone at Amazon as toi when the account will be reactivated.

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday too!
I can’t think of any reason as to why our account was suspended, but all I can think of is I am the director of two completely different companies, both of which have their own amazon accounts selling different products.
The oldest account is still open however the newer account in the separate company has been suspended.
Is a single director only allowed one amazon account?! What do we do if directors have multiple businesses which require multiple amazon accounts?
I wouldn’t expect anything less from amazon however, to treat sellers with this much contempt and not even have the decency to open a dialogue before immediately suspending an account?! Thank god we don’t rely on amazon for the future of the business otherwise we’d be right up the creek.

I used a company called Thompson and Holt when I was suspended last year. They wrote the POA and I was back on in 5 days. It was a VAT verification error the address on my VAT certificate had an extra road in it compared to what was on Amazon
