we see chinese seller use two account to sell the same products;
asin B0CLZQ5VYJ and asin B0CM1Y2GYT are the same,
another same asin sell on amazon.asin B0D63BJVGW and asin B0D66QT886,
all those products have the same accessories and change the box to package.
you can do any repoort but they still here,if you have sales and spend more ads. for amazon,they will not kill you.?

Here's my advice.
Follow the rules.
Do not trouble yourself over all the sellers who do not. They are legion. Some of them will lose their account. Most will escape unscathed because Amazon just does not care.

Not at all. Besides the fact that these are two different brands, which make identic products different, the first is a "Sand Art Kit with Sandbox" and the second a "Sand Art & Ice Cream Toy".
You can do nothing. It's the right of everyone to buy cheap things at big A and sell under his brand on Amazon. That is not against the rules.
